Payment must be received before we can approve your rental. Rental fee covers the use of the clubhouse for up to 8 hours. Any time over 8 hours will be billed at 40$/Hour. Review the rules for noise, capacity, and allowed activities. Inspect the space and note any existing issues. Confirm your reservation and ensure you have the access key or code. After Using the ClubhouseClean all areas used and remove trash.Return keys/access codes as instructed.Report any damages or maintenance needs immediately.Turn off lights, fans, and HVAC to save energy.Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.The Clubhouse will be inspected after your rental.Any damage costs will be assessed to your account.
