Reservation Fee: $100 for residents, $250 for non-residents

Security Deposit: $200 (refundable)

Maximum Capacity: 50 people

Hours: 8 hours Max, Beyond 40$/Hour

Advance Booking: Minimum 2 weeks notice required

Cancellation: 48 hours notice for refund

Resident Tips & Guidelines

Before Using the Clubhouse

  • Check the community calendar for availability.

  • Payment must be received before we can approve your rental.

  • Rental fee covers the use of the clubhouse for up to 8 hours.

  • Any time over 8 hours will be billed at 40$/Hour.

  • Review the rules for noise, capacity, and allowed activities.

  • Inspect the space and note any existing issues.

  • Confirm your reservation and ensure you have the access key or code.

After Using the Clubhouse

  • Clean all areas used and remove trash.

  • Return keys/access codes as instructed.

  • Report any damages or maintenance needs immediately.

  • Turn off lights, fans, and HVAC to save energy.

  • Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.

  • The Clubhouse will be inspected after your rental.

  • Any damage costs will be assessed to your account.
